What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us: through our Pitch us and Get in touch forms, or by email. This can include your name, email address, company, role, LinkedIn profile, links you share (such as a pitch deck) and anything you write in your message.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising tools.

Our forms

Our forms are hosted by Google Forms, and your answers are stored in our Google Workspace account. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to review investment opportunities, reply to you, keep in touch about relevant opportunities, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our team, service providers who help us operate (such as Google), and our affiliates where needed to evaluate an opportunity. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Confidentiality

We review many companies, including some that may compete with one another, and we do not sign NDAs at the first stage. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
